I attribute my success to a combination of transformative experiences and strong role models. Studying abroad in Italy and France broadened my perspective, enhanced my cross-cultural understanding, and strengthened my adaptability in professional settings. Equally influential has been my mother, whose remarkable career as a veteran and businesswoman in the pharmaceutical industry instilled in me the values of resilience, discipline, and strategic thinking that continue to guide my own journey.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering this industry to always ask questions and persist until they find solutions, maintaining a positive outlook even when faced with challenges. Embrace face-to-face interactions and view failures as valuable learning opportunities that help shape your professional growth. Additionally, focus on building strong networks, honing soft skills, and gaining practical experience beyond the classroom, as these elements are just as critical to success as formal education.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are support, mentorship, and purpose. I am deeply committed to supporting those I serve, a principle that has guided my career. Additionally, I take pride in mentoring young women aged 18–21 through my sorority, emphasizing the importance of mission-driven work, personal growth, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
