I attribute my success to the incredible support system in my life. My husband, mother, sister, and children are my greatest sources of strength and motivation, and they continually inspire me to reach higher and give my best.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to be my authentic self. Staying true to who I am allows me to build genuine relationships, make meaningful contributions, and navigate my career with integrity and confidence.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is that we can have it all, just not all at once. It’s important to keep your goals at the forefront while staying mindful of your ultimate vision. Learn to drown out the noise, focus on what truly matters, and trust your journey.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges in my field right now include navigating a male-dominated environment, which can present unique obstacles. At the same time, there are significant opportunities for those who bring a charismatic and engaging approach, using their strengths to overcome challenges and make a meaningful impact.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are staying true to myself and being authentic. I believe that integrity and authenticity guide every decision I make and shape the relationships I build.
