About Samantha

Her professional journey includes HR roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where she supported global executives and managed performance, talent development, and rotational programs. She has also contributed to leadership pipeline programs, organizational redesign, and strategic HR initiatives. Earlier experiences at Marvel Entertainment, Gucci, and CVS provided her with a strong foundation in creative operations, corporate training, and executive support. She holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Behavior from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Seton Hall University, combining human behavior expertise with business strategy to create thriving workplace cultures.

01What do you attribute your success to?

God. I believe I have been given opportunities that align with God's purpose for my life. Through his strength, I am able to keep moving forward and become the best version of myself.

A strong network of family and friends. Without them, I would not have made it though life's toughest challenges.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Don't ever say your aren't qualified or can't do it.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Go for the opportunity. Don't discredit yourself. "...walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called." - Ephesians 4: 1:3

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The role of AI in the future of Human Resources. Major shifts in the Chemical industry cause uncertainty.
