What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to relentless follow-through and genuine relationship building. I focus on creating repeatable processes and being the person people trust to move things forward. I also attribute my success to clarity and accountability, setting clear expectations, coaching consistently, and empowering others with the confidence to execute.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received came from reading The Challenger Sale by Brett Adamson and Matthew Dixon. It fundamentally changed how I approached selling and leadership, confidently teaching, tailoring, and taking control of the conversation. It reinforced the importance of bringing insight to customers, challenging assumptions respectfully, and guiding decisions rather than waiting for them, which directly attributed to my ability to scale results across territories.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to always strive for excellence, set realistic goals, remain open to new opportunities, and learn from those around you. Never be ashamed of your worth and take pride in your accomplishments! You are your biggest advocate.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is staying ahead of the constant changes in the economy and global events. In my role at a company dedicated to providing patient education services to physician practices, pharmacies, health systems, and community health organizations, this requires adaptability, proactive planning, and finding innovative ways to continue delivering valuable resources despite shifting circumstances.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life center on pursuing purpose with intention, doing what brings genuine fulfillment, leading with integrity, and consistently striving for excellence. I am deeply motivated by making a meaningful, positive impact on the people around me and contributing to outcomes that extend far beyond myself. I believe success is most powerful when it aligns one's passion with principle and leaves both individuals and organizations better than they were before. In my personal life, I enjoy staying active through fitness and walks with my dog, spending time with my family and friends, exploring new dining experiences, and traveling.
