One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is staying ahead of the constant changes in the economy and global events. In my role at a company dedicated to providing patient education services to doctor’s offices and organization-based programs, this requires adaptability, proactive planning, and finding innovative ways to continue delivering valuable resources despite shifting circumstances.
