Her Story
About Samantha
Samantha Hash works at ATS in a sales role as National Sales Representative. She has gained seniority in the office and now helps train new NSRs. Her mentors at ATS include Melissa Foley, who gave her the initial opportunity, and Jason Sandy, who provided ongoing guidance. She attributes her career success to her determination and enjoyment of healthy competition while supporting others to succeed as well. Previously an Army spouse for 10 years, she stayed home with her children for 9 years while volunteering two to three days a week. As a single parent, she raised three children and completed her associate's and bachelor's degrees online over six years. Her values center on staying true to herself and not changing for others. Her volunteer history includes running vendor events to raise money for food pantries and shelters, supporting Gold Star Moms for Wreaths Across America, volunteering at a co-op daycare and the base thrift shop at Fort Campbell, and coaching her children's soccer teams.
Her Interview
Ten minutes with Samantha
01What do you attribute your success to?
My determination. I love healthy competition but I'm still cheering on the next person. You know, I'm pushing the next person to want it just as bad as I want it, and in that turn, it pushes me to want it more.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Stay true to yourself. Be who you are in your heart. Don't change for the naysayers.
