What do you attribute your success to?

My support system has undoubtedly carried me through to this point. I would be nothing without the love and support of my family.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice came from my Dad-- The greatest reflection of my success won't be how much money I make, how many awards I received, or how big my house is-- it will be reflected in how I make people feel.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Be patient, work hard, but do not forget who you are and what you believe in.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

I would say the biggest challenge in my field is managing work-life balance. It is important to remember that at the end of the day, while we are professionalsmand have worked endlessly for this privilege, being a lawyer is job that can be replaced-- you cannot be replaced-- so take care of yourself!

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

My family and friends are my number one priority. Taking care of my clients and maintaining my moral code is my only job as a lawyer-- this means that I have an obligation to be honest, have the hard conversations, have courage, and to always be kind.
