Know your worth, be confident, don't take things personal, find good mentors who support you, and remember we all have fears and imposter syndrome but work through it.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I see tremendous opportunity at the intersection of technology and the lumber and building supply industry as businesses seek smarter, more efficient ways to operate and serve customers. As a woman in a traditionally male-dominated field, I recognize the importance of confidence, mentorship, networking, and strong relationships. I believe talent has no gender, and I’m committed to bringing valuable perspectives, leadership, and customer-focused solutions to an evolving industry.
