Samantha Rose

She is an accomplished interior designer and educator with over eight years of experience in healthcare, commercial, and residential interior design, currently serving as Senior Associate | Interiors at HCM, where she leads interior design projects and space planning. Prior to this role, she served as Associate Interior Designer and Certified Interior Designer (Healthcare) at HCM, where she specialized in healthcare design and developed deep expertise in Revit and space planning. She also serves as Adjunct Professor at Morgan State University and Adjunct Instructor at Community College of Baltimore County, sharing her expertise with the next generation of interior designers. Her career includes serving as an Interior Designer at NFD Interior Architectural Planning + Design and as Designer and Intern at The Verve Partnership. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from The Art Institute of York - Pennsylvania, where she graduated with a 4.0 GPA and was an active member of ASID, NKBA, IIDA, and MDCID.
