About Samantha
Samantha Solis is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Coastal Cartel Mobile Events (CCME), a women-owned luxury mobile events company based in Florida. CCME specializes in premium mobile bartending, luxury beverage catering, DJ entertainment, beauty services, and customized event experiences for weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, fundraisers, beach pop-ups, photo booths, and specialty gatherings. Solis is building the company alongside her sister and niece and is focused on creating elevated, personalized experiences while establishing a business with a meaningful social purpose.
Solis brings more than 30 years of experience across retail, sales, customer service, caregiving, and project coordination. Her previous professional experience includes serving as a Senior Project Coordinator with SPAR Group, as well as roles with Dots and Blockbuster. She also spent time working in the caregiving field, where she developed experience caring for individuals with dementia and earned certifications in CPR and dementia care. Her diverse background has contributed to her ability to work with people from different backgrounds, manage responsibilities independently, and create experiences centered around service and personal connection. Alongside her entrepreneurial work, she continues her professional role with SPAR Group.
A central part of Solis vision for Coastal Cartel Mobile Events is The Legacy Project, through which the company plans to dedicate a portion of its proceeds during September and October to cancer research, cancer awareness, cancer survivors, and organizations supporting survivors of domestic violence. She also plans to create employment opportunities for women transitioning out of domestic violence shelters. Her commitment to these causes is deeply personal and reflects her experiences with family, caregiving, loss, and overcoming adversity. Solis takes particular pride in raising her five children and building a supportive family, and she hopes to use her business to create meaningful experiences, honor loved ones, empower women, and give back to the community.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to resilience, perseverance, compassion, and the ability to turn difficult experiences into something meaningful. My experiences in life, including caring for others and overcoming adversity, have taught me the importance of continuing forward and finding ways to help people. My family has also been a major source of motivation. Building Coastal Cartel Mobile Events has allowed me to combine my entrepreneurial drive with my desire to create meaningful experiences and make a positive difference in the community.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage women to recognize their worth and never believe that they have to remain in situations that are harmful or abusive. If something is not healthy or supportive, it is okay to walk away and rebuild. Trust yourself, know that you are capable of starting over, and never be afraid to seek support or offer support to another woman. Your circumstances do not have to define your future.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me are resilience, compassion, family, love, service, empowerment, and perseverance. I believe in supporting others through difficult circumstances and creating opportunities for people to rebuild their lives. I also value creating meaningful experiences that honor people, celebrate important moments, and leave a positive impact on the community.
