What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I’ve been fortunate to have strong mentors throughout my career — from my godmother and a former colleague to a VP of Sales — who guided me both personally and professionally. That experience fuels my passion for mentoring others and helping new professionals feel welcome in the industry. To young women considering a career in sales: go for it. It’s a field full of opportunity, growth, and the chance to build confidence while forming meaningful relationships.
