About Samantha
Samantha Westmoreland serves as parts manager at Campers Inn, a full-service RV dealership in Jacksonville. She entered the RV industry in 2012 after working as a florist for seven years, transitioning when her flower shop closed and a friend helped her secure a cashier position. Over the years, she advanced through self-training on RV components and customer interactions, previously working at General RV before joining Campers Inn for better family hours. In her role, she oversees the parts store, assists across departments including sales and technicians, and handles ordering and deliveries. Samantha attributes her professional success to her four children, who have motivated her forward. She values helping customers and people, a principle that extends to her personal life. Her career advice includes never looking back and always moving forward, and she encourages young women in the male-oriented RV field to stick with it and not let challenges bring them down, noting that RVs and parts work can be enjoyable.
