Her Interview

Ten minutes with Sancha

01What do you attribute your success to?

My relationship with the Lord and acknowledging my mother who modeled a life I could emulate. She is a rock star and I have so much respect and honor for her.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Don't pry open closed doors.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Live a life that you can be proud of. Be able to look at yourself in the mirror and like what you see. Be authentic. Be kind. You'll answer to God one day. Learn your purpose, find it and stay there. Get in your lane and watch God move your life around to ways that are very fruitful. Be faithful and intentional with connecting to your purpose.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Rebuilding and rebranding after moving to California three years ago to care for my mother. Building relationships with people who don't know my history takes time. It's a challenge but also an opportunity to shine, be prayerful, and be intentional with new people, new faces, new spaces.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

My relationship with God (Yeshua) is everything - without Him I would be nothing. Generosity - you can't beat God-giving. Be kind to people because you don't know what they're carrying. Be intentional in how you treat people. Be nice to family. Treat babies, old people, and animals well.
