What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my deep spiritual curiosity and commitment to inner healing. My journey required me to confront and work through my own trauma, develop nervous system awareness, and cultivate unconditional self-love and acceptance. That continuous inner work has allowed me to grow authentically and support others in meaningful ways.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The most impactful advice I’ve received was to “turn on my light and allow others to find me.” Instead of chasing validation or community, I learned to trust my path, embody my truth, and attract the people who are aligned with my energy and purpose.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women to fully embrace self-love and self-acceptance. Every part of you—even the imperfect or shadow aspects—deserves to be seen and loved. True healing comes from acknowledging those parts and doing the inner work. When you reach that level of acceptance, you are able to genuinely help others from a place of authenticity and strength.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in this field is the presence of inauthentic teachers and approaches that focus on manifestation without addressing underlying trauma. However, this also presents an opportunity to bring forward trauma-informed, nervous system-based healing practices and create safe, authentic spaces for transformation and growth.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are self-love, self-acceptance, authenticity, and service to others. I also prioritize emotional awareness and nervous system regulation, as these are foundational to both personal healing and supporting others on their journey.
