Her Interview
Ten minutes with Sandra
01What do you attribute your success to?
Success for me is really finding my purpose and living that every day. My purpose is to utilize my natural skill set as a people person who communicates in multiple languages, is a good listener, and was born to serve and help others. Because this aligns with my core and essence, success becomes a byproduct.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I'm big on planning. Sit down and write your vision even if circumstances say you're not ready. Time will pass anyway. I'm a single mother who immigrated with 3 children with no family or friends, only my education, and raised successful kids including a Harvard graduate. It requires discipline and planning but write your vision and stick with it. This is the land of opportunities.
