What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering the legal industry not to be intimidated by the challenges or the fast-paced environment. It’s important to be confident in your skills, stay curious, and embrace every opportunity to learn and grow. Building strong relationships, seeking out mentors, and maintaining a disciplined, organized approach will help you navigate the demands of the field and advance your career. Most importantly, trust in your abilities and don’t be afraid to take on responsibilities that push you to develop and excel.

One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in the legal operations field today is managing the diversity of ages and adapting to modern technology. Law firms often have teams ranging from seasoned professionals to newer entrants, each with different work styles and expectations. At the same time, rapid advancements in technology require staying current with digital tools, legal research platforms, and workflow automation to maintain efficiency.
