Ten minutes with Sandra

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

To just not be discouraged by anybody who does not see your purpose or your goal mindset, and just to continue to go for your goals and not let anything dissuade you, and always keep your end result in your mindset and in your vision. Never let anybody take that away from you.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

To just basically know your worth, and to stay focused, and not let anybody's negativity dissuade you. A lot of women lack self-confidence and understanding of their true potential. It starts from your core, with faith.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Time management, and realizing the relevance and importance of your purpose. When rushing, you lose sight of valuable things and spin without focus or discipline.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Always think of the impact you leave on others, especially those coming behind you. Care about the experience of everyone you help or heal. Never rush; ensure positive impressions and value people who seek your help.
