When I’m not helping women organize and understand their financial lives and help them solidify their financial foundations and help guide them towards their financial goals, I reside on Beacon Hill. I’m an active volunteer with local community groups. I am also quoted in publications like MarketWatch and Boston Globe in addition to speaking engagements for financial literacy organizations.

01What do you attribute your success to?
Caring about people. I think in my industry, it's a relationship business, and if you don't care about your clients and want to see them succeed, on even a personal level, you won't be successful.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Have confidence in yourself. A lot of women want to know 100% of everything before talking to clients, but men will speak with only 1%. If you don't know something, say you'll find it and get back to them, but be more confident.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
AI is a double-edged sword. It reduces time on tasks but clients are bombarded with information that may not apply to them specifically. This makes having a financial advisor even more important to tailor advice to individual needs.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity is the most important - you don't have anything if you don't have your integrity. Intellectual curiosity and being authentic and joyful are also key.
