Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to transforming underperforming business operations through a holistic approach. By understanding both revenue growth and profit management, I’ve been able to turn around teams and businesses. Starting at Xerox in accounts receivable and advancing through operations, I gained deep insight into business structure, P&L, and sustainable growth.

One of my proudest achievements was leading a New York City division, growing annuity revenue from $99,000 to $1.2 million per month. By putting the right people, processes, and culture in place, we built a foundation for lasting success. My career has been defined by revitalizing teams, driving profitability, and creating cultures where people can thrive.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I ever received came from my first boss at Xerox, who saw leadership potential in me before I saw it in myself. She told me not to focus on failing, because if I did, that’s what I would achieve. Instead, she encouraged me to focus on my strengths and build on what I do well. She taught me to be deliberate, leverage my natural leadership abilities, and reflect on what I could do differently when things didn’t go as planned. Embracing that advice transformed how I approached challenges and shaped my career.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges I see today is siloed functions, where operations or efficiency are addressed in isolation from revenue-generating activities. The greatest opportunity lies in helping organizations take a holistic approach—aligning sales and operations so they collaborate effectively and drive sustainable growth.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Discipline, consistency, and perseverance are the values I hold most important in both my work and personal life. As a weight trainer, I’ve learned that progress comes from steady effort, attention to form, and pushing through challenges—lessons I carry into how I approach my career and relationships.
