About Sandra
I've been in real estate for approximately 28 years since 1998. Before that I worked as a journalist and freelance writer but found real estate more lucrative and flexible for raising young children. I serve as a real estate advisor across multiple states including Colorado, Florida, and California, specializing in luxury real estate sales of various sizes. I help high net worth clients figure out their real estate needs and facilitate their moves while also handling investor properties.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to goal setting and waking up every day with the mindset that I'm going to get everything out of this day I can because I'm giving a day of my life for it. It's the Carpe Diem theory. Going the distance for yourself and others. Being a peaceful source and keeping educated all the time as a lifelong learner who wants to grow and evolve.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Have faith in your abilities to meet the challenges and know there's always somebody to ask who can be a mentor. Don't Google everything, talk to humans. Take care of your health, body, nutrition, and mental health. Show up and do your best. You're an ambassador for your city and your line of work.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity, honesty, sense of humor, diligence, and commitment are most important. Women have a drive to see things through. Humility is good if you put your head down and show up.
