01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Hospitality is an amazing career that every day shows you something different, and you can learn from everyone. It's a passionate world that involves you and gives you the opportunity to be in a lot of places to meet people around the world, and to provide the best thing for people. If you can make people happy, that gives you a personal reward when you see those smiles.
