01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Go for it. Don't be afraid to ask questions or talk to VPs and higher-ups because they're just people. Always stand up for yourself and be your own advocate because there will be people who want to see you fail.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Implementing a completely new PLM system after 20+ years of the old one involves massive change management, getting people to adopt new processes, and hiring specialists in organizational change management.
