Her Interview

Ten minutes with Sandra

01What do you attribute your success to?

Just showing up as myself, you know, being better than I was the previous day. You know, I have this mindset of how high is high, right? So, if I do, is it my goal, right? Do I stop there, or do I keep going? So that's something that I've challenged myself to really be better than I was yesterday.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Do what feels right.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Go after your dreams, no matter how hard you think it is. No matter if you feel like it's not in reach. Still go after it, and don't stop.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The economy itself, like with everything being so expensive, and sales could be hard. It doesn't matter if they're spending $1, $5, or $1,000. You want to give that exceptional great experience, because the customer won't forget that. And what you want in this economy is you want repeat customers, that's what's gonna help your business.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Being yourself, being your authentic self.
