Her Interview
Ten minutes with Sandra
01What do you attribute your success to?
Success for me is peace. I do everything from my heart, not seeking business but touching lives. I humble myself, find my identity in Christ, and serve others with purpose. My journey taught me to value transformation within and opportunities to impact others daily.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Just humble yourself. When you humble yourself, you can learn from others and receive. Be honest with yourself and truthful with yourself, and from there everything is a winning.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Recognize opportunities in front of us. Trust the process and experiences that shaped us. Have the courage to create solutions that make a difference. Never stay the same or play victim. Step forward, use what you have been given, and serve others with purpose. Leadership is recognizing a need and making meaningful impact.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge is too much information promising fantasy, shortcuts, and quick fixes like GLP-1 medications. People want fast and easy results without sacrifice. The opportunity is creating personalized solutions that meet people where they are, providing structure and education for habits and strength, emphasizing consistency and discipline over one-size-fits-all approaches.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Truth, honesty, commitment, and willingness to pay the price through hard work, sacrifice, and making decisions to learn and move forward. Being trustworthy by implementing actions in your own life.
