She is a seasoned business consultant, human resources professional, and relationship banker with over 15 years of experience in HR operations, project management, employee relations, and client relationship management across multinational and entrepreneurial environments. Currently serving as Relationship Banker at Bank of America, she builds strong client relationships and delivers tailored financial solutions. Prior to this role, she served as On-Site Supervisor and HR Business Partner at The Adecco Group, coaching and counseling associates, managing employee relations, investigations, accommodations, and safety programs at manufacturing and logistics facilities. Her extensive consulting career includes over 11 years as Senior Business Consultant and Project Manager at ProfesionalesAQUI.com, where she evaluated business operations, led process improvement initiatives, and managed change across organizations.
