About Sandra
Sandra Shurling serves as broker owner of two RE/MAX franchises located at Lake Oconee in Greensboro, Georgia, and in Athens, Georgia. After retiring from a career as a flight attendant with Delta Airlines for 18 years, she entered real estate by first managing her own rental properties and then obtaining her license. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Home Economics from Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas. Shurling is a REALTOR board member for both the Athens board and the Lake Country board, serves as District 11 RPAC trustee to the state of Georgia, and participates in the Athens Chamber and as a Junior League sustainer. She also acted as trustee of the Uncle Remus Library System for 14 years. Passionate about guiding clients through significant purchases, she emphasizes knowledgeable assistance especially for first-time home buyers to avoid overextending financially.
