Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my genuine passion for helping others—it’s what truly drives me every day. One of my proudest moments was raising $1.4 million at a single event, which reinforced the impact that dedicated fundraising can have on important causes.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to always focus on "the why"—understand the purpose behind the work you do. Keeping that mission at the forefront will guide your decisions, fuel your passion, and help you overcome challenges along the way.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that matter most to me both professionally and personally are passion and dedication—bringing enthusiasm to everything I do. Outside of work, I cherish spending quality time with my family, especially with my husband supporting our three boys in their extracurricular activities, and nurturing my love of photography.
