Sandy Ringbom

Sandy Ringbom is a dedicated Program Director at Mindoula with extensive experience in clinical counseling, supervision, and behavioral health program management. With a strong foundation in individual and group counseling, Sandy has worked with diverse populations across varying ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds, specializing in substance use disorders, mental health, and interpersonal violence reduction. Her approach is grounded in compassion, accountability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, outcomes-driven care.
In her current role, Sandy oversees multidisciplinary teams across multiple states, ensuring performance excellence through data-driven analysis, coaching, and continuous quality improvement. She leads case reviews, collaborates with health plan partners, and plays a key role in hiring, training, and developing clinical staff and program managers. Her leadership experience spans interim program management, clinical supervision, utilization management, and curriculum development, including the creation of intensive outpatient programming and policy frameworks aligned with state and Medicaid regulations.
Sandy holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling from the University of Holy Cross and is a National Certified Counselor. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong ability to balance clinical expertise with operational leadership, managing complex priorities while maintaining a positive, ethical, and client-centered focus.
