Her Interview

Ten minutes with Sanjna

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to being part of a wonderful team and advocating for team spirit. If we all shine in some way, then we are superstars. I don't believe in rising alone.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Measure your progress not in titles but in terms of impact, like how many people you reach out to. Even a small impact is still an impact. If you can make a difference in one person's life, you're doing something right.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Believe in yourself and keep at it. Persistence is important. Nothing is impossible. You can make it work. If I can do it, you can do it. I'm not special. You're all special.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Being part of a global team means progressing globally with lots of competition for promotions. One shouldn't be disheartened because satisfaction comes from the value you're adding and the impact you have, not how quickly you climb the ladder. Keep true to your own story and don't compare with others.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Trust, honesty, and integrity are most important. Having a good trusting relationship and healthy working relationship. Being true to who you are and representing yourself without fear of different opinions.
