Her Story
About Sanskriti
I have been in the field of law for four years now, completing four years in mid-July. I serve as a senior law clerk at an immigration law firm, where I started and now manage the Seattle office. I oversee teams in both the Seattle and California offices, supervising their work on removal defense cases and handling many administrative responsibilities to keep everything running smoothly. My passion for law stems from a childhood sense of justice, always fighting for bullied classmates, which naturally led me to this career path.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Just know to bet on yourself. The world is not very easily accepting of a woman who wants to go out and do her own thing and be independent, so every woman has to have a little bit of crazy in her to be able to fight the society and just risk it, knowing that it's okay, I'll be able to figure it out.
