Her Interview
Ten minutes with Sapna
01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
My father has always said don't compare your story with others. Just focus on what you were before and what you are now. Your reputation is with you, not with others. Their story is different, your story is different. My husband has also motivated me regarding this. Don't compare what others are doing. Your hard work, your honesty, your learning experience, and comparing yourself to what you were one year back is what decides your fate and destiny.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty and hard work are most important. We are not experts in every field and are new to many things, but if we are honest to our work and hardworking, someday we will achieve what we want. If you are honest and loyal and hardworking, you will do great and achieve your aims.
