As a Senior Account Executive at UnitedHealthcare, she partners with employers and brokers to deliver innovative health solutions that drive value, improve outcomes, and enhance the member experience. Known for her deep industry knowledge and client-first approach, Sara specializes in developing strategies that simplify complex healthcare systems while supporting organizational goals and employee well-being.
Before joining UnitedHealthcare, Sara spent nine years with Cigna Healthcare as a Senior Client Manager, where she managed an extensive book of business, achieved exceptional client retention rates, and earned recognition through multiple national performance awards. Her career also includes over a decade with Aetna, where she honed her expertise in benefit plan implementation, financial strategy, and customer engagement. Throughout her tenure, Sara has been recognized for her ability to foster long-term relationships, streamline processes, and deliver measurable results that strengthen client partnerships.
A graduate of East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in English and a minor in Psychology, Sara combines strong communication skills with a people-centered approach to leadership. Based in Lutz, Florida, she is passionate about helping organizations navigate the evolving healthcare landscape with clarity and confidence. The values most important to me—both personally and professionally—are **family, creativity, and integrity**. As a proud sports mom of two boys, I believe in teamwork, perseverance, and celebrating small wins along the way. Outside of work, I love designing and restoring furniture, which allows me to express creativity and attention to detail—qualities I also bring to my professional life. Balancing family, work, and personal passions keeps me grounded and reminds me of the importance of purpose and joy in everything I do.
