What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to being highly self-driven and consistently holding myself to a high standard in everything I do. From an early age, I naturally pursued excellence in academics, leadership, and creative pursuits, and I’ve carried that same mindset into my professional life. I’m motivated by continuous growth and a strong competitive drive, which pushes me to keep improving, learning, and setting new goals even after achieving success.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to stand on my own two feet and take full ownership of my goals and direction. I was taught to wake up each day with clear intention, stay focused on what I want to achieve, and consistently build the skills and knowledge needed to get there. That mindset has shaped how I approach both my own growth and how I encourage others—especially women—to rely on themselves, stay disciplined, and remain committed, because long-term success comes from independence, focus, and persistence.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering my industry is to focus on building independence, confidence, and consistency in everything you do. I encourage staying committed to your own goals, not being swayed by outside opinions, and taking full ownership of your growth and direction. Success comes from waking up each day with intention, setting clear goals, and steadily working toward them with discipline and resilience. It may take time, but with focus, self-reliance, and persistence, you can achieve meaningful and lasting success.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
A key challenge in my field right now is the growing concern around dishonesty and lack of transparency in certain areas of residential real estate, which can impact trust and overall industry credibility. At the same time, there is a significant opportunity in addressing the increasing demand for healthcare facilities in developing and underserved communities. This creates meaningful potential to collaborate with developers and stakeholders to expand access to clinics and hospitals, particularly as the need for quality care continues to grow with an aging population.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty is the most important value in both my work and personal life, as it builds trust, integrity, and self-respect, even when it is difficult. I strive to act with transparency and accountability in an industry where that can sometimes be lacking, and I take pride in doing what is right rather than what is simply convenient. My values are also rooted in compassion, authenticity, and faith, which guide me to treat others fairly and consider the impact of my actions. Ultimately, I aim to live and work with integrity while also setting an example and building a strong foundation for my children’s future.
