Her Interview
Ten minutes with Sara
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to wanting to help businesses make the right decisions using their data. Every business owner or small business has data they don't know how to use. They just have numbers sitting there. I come in and make those numbers or the data that they have used for their business purpose.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I've received is getting out of your shadow, meaning don't keep yourself inside, go out there. You gotta get out of your comfort zone.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Stand your ground. If you want to try something, go ahead, don't just hesitate. If you see it, just go get it. Even if freelancer, just go ahead and do it. It's never too late.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
For our business, we focus really on connection and also being trustworthy. It's confidential and trust. Integrity and trust. Because we can have the right results, and then still not having trust or there's no confidence in it, it's really not helping.
