Be loud. Make your voice heard. I encourage young women to network actively, speak up confidently, and stand firm in their ideas and contributions as they grow in the industry.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is navigating a rapidly changing landscape, where staying adaptable and informed is crucial. At the same time, these changes present significant opportunities to innovate, lead with fresh ideas, and make a meaningful impact in ways that weren’t possible before.
