Her Interview

Ten minutes with Sarah

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to how I was raised watching my dad do everything he did and working so hard. It truly inspired me to put in and do something similar with my life. My dad is probably my biggest role model.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've ever received is probably from my dad. You know, just don't stop moving forward, just always keep doing your best, no matter what.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Advice I would love to give to others is just try something, even if you fail. You're gonna learn something from that, and you just gotta continue to do your best, and grow, and just keep pushing, don't give up.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

With the aesthetic industry, which I'm currently working in, I feel like the sky's the limit. I feel like every few months, there's a new skin treatment available, and the industry is just going to continue to grow and blossom. There's just so many lasers and skin treatments out there on the market that it's just gonna continuously evolve as time goes on.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me are, honestly, to be hardworking, just to, like, just be really genuine.
