Her Interview
Ten minutes with Sarah
01What do you attribute your success to?
Focusing on process rather than outcomes. All the academic work is very outcome-based, but in business most outcomes are out of our control. What we have complete control of is process. Focusing on honoring the values of the business and moving towards long-term mission and goals makes it sustainable.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Courage and honesty. I want to live a courageous, honest life. To live a value-driven life, I had to get really clear on what my personal values are.
