Sarah Beth Thompson

Sarah Thompson serves as a Senior Living Engagement Specialist and Mentor, with her current position beginning in October 2024. She has spent 18 years in the senior living industry after starting out as a yoga instructor and discovering her passion while teaching classes at a senior living community. Thompson expanded her skills by attending the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts to study life coaching and hypnotherapy, which led her to develop her consulting and coaching business, Unlimited You, focused on empowering individuals through neuroscience, wellness, and identifying meaningful contributions to quality of life. In addition to her full-time work, she serves as a board member of the North Carolina Activity Professionals Association and sits on the board of Camel City Playhouse in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Her approach emphasizes dignity, self-worth, and the PRISM method for helping teams recognize individual value in senior living settings.
