Sarah Bothe

A versatile and people-focused leader with over 10 years of experience spanning ministry leadership, programming, administration, and community development. Currently serves as Programming Director at Radiant Church in Tampa, Florida, overseeing service programming, volunteer coordination, production flow, and creative execution for weekly worship experiences and special events. Known for bringing both strategy and heart to every environment, she thrives in building teams, creating meaningful experiences, and helping people feel connected and empowered.

Previously served as Next Steps Director & Co-Youth Pastor at Radiant Church (2017–2020), leading community engagement initiatives, youth programming, retreats, and volunteer development. Earlier experience includes serving as Connections Coordinator at Gulf Gate Church (2016–2017), where she strengthened guest engagement and ministry communication systems, as well as Teaching Assistant at Southeastern University (2014–2016), supporting student success and academic administration.

Combining strategic planning, leadership development, communication, and operational excellence, Sarah is passionate about creating environments where both people and teams can thrive. Outside of work and ministry, she is a proud wife and mom of two who loves building community, encouraging others, and bringing creativity and energy into everything she does. Based in Tampa, Florida.
