What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to resilience, confidence, and a willingness to take risks. I believe that success comes from speaking up, cultivating strong networks, and trusting my instincts—even when the path forward feels uncertain.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received came from several mentors who shaped my professional growth. Early in my career, Naida Hatch taught me the value of confidence and self-worth, while Jason Miller helped me refine my sales presence and professionalism. Their guidance reinforced for me the importance of self-respect and how I present myself in business.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to take risks, speak up, and trust yourself—even when fear is present. I’ve learned that growth often comes from stepping outside your comfort zone, and that true success starts with believing in yourself before anyone else does.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is overcoming fear and self-doubt, especially in the early stages of entrepreneurship. At the same time, I see tremendous opportunities in leveraging digital platforms, building a strong personal brand, and embracing community-driven business models—particularly for women who are willing to lead authentically.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide me in both my work and personal life are authenticity, independence, courage, and personal responsibility. I strive to live and work honestly, stand firm in my beliefs, and create a life aligned with my values rather than external expectations.
Outside of work, I enjoy DJing, playing guitar, bodybuilding, and exploring self-development. I prioritize personal growth and self-care, recognizing that maintaining both mental and physical health is essential for long-term success.
