About Sarah
Sarah Davis has built her career in pharmaceutical and data science fields, beginning with hands-on laboratory work at AbbVie. There, as the only woman on a 35-chemist team, she provided specialized lab services and later led a department-wide initiative to standardize documentation practices by collaborating with scientists and the electronic lab notebook team. She is currently completing her master's in data science from Boston University, with aspirations to advance into product or program leadership positions. In these roles, she seeks to integrate her pharmaceutical experience with data science and AI to guide cross-functional teams in transforming complex data into practical tools, while also mentoring women through similar career transitions in technical fields.
