Sarah Donley

Sarah Donley is a Certified Hand Therapist and occupational therapy professional with nearly two decades of experience specializing in the rehabilitation of upper extremity injuries, post-surgical recovery, and complex orthopedic conditions. Since beginning her occupational therapy career in 2007, she has worked in an outpatient setting affiliated with a Level I trauma center, collaborating closely with orthopedic surgeons and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver specialized patient care. Her expertise includes hand therapy, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, patient education, and clinical collaboration, with a strong commitment to improving functional outcomes through evidence-based practice.

In addition to her clinical work, Donley has made significant contributions to occupational therapy education. She recently served as the Academic Fieldwork Coordinator for the Occupational Therapy Doctorate program at Thomas Jefferson University, where she also earned her Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree.
