Her Interview

Ten minutes with Sarah

01What do you attribute your success to?

I truly feel that this is my calling. I’ve never been more motivated or excited about my work because I know that what I’m doing is making a meaningful difference every day.

Landing this role has been one of the greatest blessings in my life because it sits at the intersection of my professional experience and my deepest passions. It allows me to leverage my background in investment banking and corporate banking while contributing to work that impacts lives in developing countries.

Time management is a skill I’ve developed over many years—first through competing in collegiate soccer at a high level, and now as a mother of two young children. Balancing multiple priorities has taught me how to be disciplined, focused, and intentional with my time. Ultimately, though, I give God the glory for all of it.

What makes this opportunity even more meaningful is that my husband and I were supporters of this giving fund long before I joined the organization. We believed deeply in its mission and invested in it through our family’s charitable giving. Now, having the privilege of working here, I get to serve a mission that I have personally believed in for years. That alignment between my faith, values, experience, and daily work is incredibly rewarding.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

My best advice is to pursue a career that aligns with both your passions and your values. You can build a successful and fulfilling career doing work you genuinely love while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. When your career, values, and faith are aligned, work becomes much more than a job—it becomes a calling.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would tell a young woman that she does not have to choose between making a difference in the world and having a family. Women are capable of building successful careers, pursuing ambitious goals, and being wonderful mothers. The path may not always be easy, but it is absolutely possible.

Throughout my own journey, I’ve learned that hard work, discipline, and faith can open doors you never imagined. During my time at Texas A&M University and JPMorgan, I was blessed to receive several recognitions for my passions in community service and community building. Those experiences taught me the value of perseverance, teamwork, and striving for excellence. However, the accomplishments I am most proud of are not the awards themselves, but the opportunities they created to serve others and make a meaningful impact.

My advice would be to pursue your goals with confidence, stay grounded in your values, and never let anyone tell you that you have to limit your dreams. You can have a successful career, make a difference in your community and around the world, and build a strong family. Success is not about choosing one role over another—it’s about faithfully stewarding the gifts and opportunities you’ve been given in every season of life.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in the nonprofit sector is that, despite the tremendous generosity of donors—especially in the United States—global poverty indicators are not declining as quickly as many of us would hope. Billions of dollars are given each year, yet the question remains: How can we ensure those resources are creating the greatest possible impact?

At All Access, we believe the answer lies in directing funding to organizations that are proven to be impactful, efficient, transparent, and effective. Our team conducts extensive due diligence on more than 1,100 nonprofits annually, ultimately selecting only about a dozen organizations for inclusion in our fund. These organizations are working in the most impoverished regions of the world and have demonstrated measurable results.

My role is to approach that evaluation process as objectively as possible, ensuring that every dollar entrusted to the fund is directed toward organizations that are making the greatest difference in eradicating both physical and spiritual poverty. We want donors to have confidence that their generosity is translating into meaningful outcomes for people living in poverty.

Personally, if I believe in something, I want to invite others to be part of it. That’s what motivates me about this work. Once people understand the level of research, diligence, and impact behind what we’re doing, they often become passionate supporters as well. Our goal is not only to fund the most effective organizations but also to inspire more people to be part of a movement that is creating lasting change around the world.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide both my personal and professional life are faith, hard work, and service to others. These principles shape the decisions I make, the goals I pursue, and the way I strive to live each day.

I believe strongly in leading by example and demonstrating to my children the importance of perseverance, integrity, and purpose. I want them to see that they can pursue ambitious goals, contribute meaningfully to their families and communities, and remain committed to their dreams while staying grounded in their values.

One of the blessings in my life has been finding a balance between a fulfilling career and being present for my family. As a mother of two under two, I value the opportunity to invest in my children’s lives while continuing to grow professionally and use my skills to make a meaningful difference in the world.

Above all, my faith is the foundation of everything I do. It guides my priorities, influences how I serve others, and motivates me to pursue work that creates lasting impact. I am passionate about collaborating with others to bring about positive change and strive to ensure that my work, relationships, and actions reflect values that honor God and serve others well.
