Sarah Fader

Sarah Fader serves as Operations Director at Impact House, a social impact coworking space in Chicago, Illinois, a role she has held since October 2024. She brings 14 years of operations experience spanning the nonprofit sector, IT management, fitness, and hospitality, and she has consulted with organizations pursuing B Corp certification. Fader is also part owner of Grace and Ivory, a made-to-measure bridal company structured as a social enterprise that allocates 10 percent of profits to the Chicago Foundation for Women to advance equality, employment, and opportunity for women. Her commitment to community extends to volunteer leadership, including serving as membership co-chair on the Ambassadors Board of Uniting Voices Chicago, an organization where she previously worked, as well as supporting Breakthrough on Chicago's west side, Paws Chicago, and Chicago Canine Rescue. She fell into nonprofit work after college when a family she nannied for connected her to an opportunity, drawing on her family's altruistic values, and she credits mentors such as Christine Lee, President and Artistic Director of Uniting Voices Chicago, for shaping her path. Fader aspires to a COO or Chief Efficiency Officer role focused on eliminating wasted resources and time.
