About Sarah
Sarah Gaiser is a MAP Method Life Coach and Meditation Coach based in Jupiter, Florida, with a strong passion for personal development, creativity, and empowering others to achieve their goals. Through her business, Lotus Living Wellness, she helps clients identify and overcome subconscious barriers that may prevent them from finding fulfillment in their careers, relationships, and personal lives. With almost five years of experience as a life coach, Sarah specializes in the MAP Method, which stands for Make All Things Possible. This approach integrates meditation with techniques designed to help clients reshape limiting belief systems, address fears and negative thought patterns, and establish healthier perspectives that support meaningful change.
Sarah particularly focuses on empowering women navigating challenging life transitions, including divorce, depression, custody battles, and career changes later in life. Drawing on approximately 15 years of personal meditation practice, she became a certified meditation teacher after attending a school in Virginia. She also completed a two-year program at the MAP Method school, where she worked with fellow students and clients to apply the techniques in practical coaching settings. Through individual and group coaching sessions delivered internationally via Zoom, Sarah has supported approximately 50 to 60 clients, helping them work through past trauma, recognize their inner strength, and develop a clearer path toward their goals. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes self-awareness, personal responsibility, and the belief that individuals can create positive change by developing new ways of thinking.
In addition to her coaching practice, Sarah brings a diverse professional background spanning landscaping, garden design, culinary arts, and furniture installation. She earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Economics from Ashford University, graduating with a 3.68 GPA, and studied Culinary Management and Culinary Arts at AI of Chicago. She holds a MAP Method Practitioner certification from MAP Coaching Institute LLC, issued in May 2023, and has been involved in the Master Gardener program through Mounts Botanical Garden since 2012. Her varied experiences reflect her adaptability, practical problem-solving abilities, and commitment to continuous growth. Through Lotus Living Wellness, Sarah remains dedicated to helping individuals, particularly women facing significant personal challenges, overcome limiting beliefs, rediscover their confidence, and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.
Her Interview
Ten minutes with Sarah
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my faith, perseverance, and commitment to trusting the process, even during challenging times. My faith provides me with strength, guidance, and the motivation to keep moving forward, while my determination and willingness to learn help me overcome obstacles and grow both personally and professionally. I believe that staying grounded in my values, maintaining a positive outlook, and trusting God's plan have been essential to my journey and achievements.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have ever received came from my mentor, Cynthia, in Canada, whose vision and dedication continue to inspire me. She is working to establish a retreat space for life coaches, creating an environment where they can connect, grow, and support others in their personal and professional journeys. Through her example, I have learned the importance of following a meaningful vision, remaining committed to my purpose, and creating opportunities that make a positive difference in the lives of others. Her mentorship has reinforced my belief in the value of faith, perseverance, and staying true to what matters most.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to believe in themselves and trust in their abilities. Have confidence in your strengths, remain open to learning, and do not allow fear or self-doubt to prevent you from pursuing your goals. Stay true to your values, trust your journey, and remember that growth takes time. With faith, perseverance, and self-belief, you can overcome challenges, create meaningful opportunities, and achieve success in your chosen path.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest opportunities in my field is the ability to reach and support people across different countries through coaching programs such as MAP, which operates internationally and serves clients in New Zealand, Canada, Europe, Ireland, and South Africa. Working with groups of 50 to 60 participants creates opportunities to build meaningful connections, encourage personal growth, and foster a supportive community. A key strength of the program is its flexibility, allowing participants to remain engaged for as long as they need, whether for a few weeks or over the long term. Through ongoing coaching, in-person meetings, and retreats, there is an opportunity to provide continued guidance and help individuals achieve lasting personal and professional development.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are compassion, empowerment, faith, and personal growth. I believe in creating a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where women feel encouraged to heal, rediscover their strengths, and move forward with confidence, especially when navigating difficult life experiences such as divorce, trauma, and other personal challenges. Through women's empowerment programs that incorporate meditation and goal-setting classes, I aim to help women reconnect with themselves, develop a positive mindset, and establish meaningful goals for their future. Ultimately, I value the opportunity to support others in recognizing their worth, building resilience, and creating a more fulfilling life.
