Her Story

About Sarah

Sarah Ghirardo is a marketing and product leader based in the San Francisco Bay Area, currently serving as a Director at ServiceTitan. In this role, she works at the intersection of AI, data, and operational strategy, helping home services contractors—especially in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades—improve revenue through better systems, automation, and productized marketing content. She is widely recognized for her thought leadership in AI-driven marketing for the trades and was named among the 2025 Top 30 Most Influential Women in HVACR.

Throughout her career, she has built deep expertise across digital marketing, product content strategy, and operations, with earlier leadership roles in HVAC marketing and consumer services before transitioning into SaaS. At ServiceTitan, she has led initiatives in content strategy, marketing operations, and product adoption, while also helping bridge gaps between engineering, marketing, and customers. She is also the founder and former leader of LadyTitans, which grew rapidly under her leadership and focuses on advancing women in skilled trades industries. She is a strong advocate for inclusive leadership and operational excellence in traditionally male-dominated fields.

Beyond her corporate work, she is the host of The TradeMarke Podcast, where she explores how AI, infrastructure, and culture are reshaping the skilled trades. A graduate of the The University of Alabama in Huntsville with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing, she has spent over two decades in roles spanning BevMo!, HVAC companies, and SaaS leadership. Her career is defined by a consistent focus on helping contractors grow through smarter systems, stronger marketing execution, and emerging AI technologies.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Sarah

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my family, who are my strongest support system and have made it possible for me to balance a demanding, travel-heavy career while raising my children. My children remain my top priority and my greatest motivation, guiding every decision I make. I’m also driven by a deep commitment to serving others, as I believe every industry is ultimately about people and experiences, and I’ve come to see that helping others and contributing to something larger than myself is central to my purpose.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received came in two parts: first, when I was asked, “Who is Sarah Ghirardo?”—a question that taught me that identity is not fixed and that I have the ability to rewrite my story and evolve over time rather than striving for perfection. The second was to always ask, “Is this scalable?” which helped me realize that if something isn’t scalable, I risk becoming the bottleneck, limiting both my impact and others’ ability to contribute; together, these lessons reshaped how I view leadership as something centered on growth, adaptability, and enabling others to lead.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

As a single mom, my core values are centered on family, presence, and balance. My 14-year-old son is my priority and, in many ways, my “why,” so being actively involved in his life—especially supporting him in football—matters most to me. I also value staying active and grounded, whether that’s playing tennis or pickleball or simply being outdoors. These moments keep me balanced and reflect what I care about most: showing up fully for my family while maintaining a healthy, engaged, and intentional life.
