Sarah Goodman

I serve as the lead concierge at Pebble Springs, where I've been for nearly 3 years. In my role, I run the front end of the community, serving as the central point of contact for everyone. I answer all incoming phone calls, greet residents, families, and prospective residents at the door, and work across all teams from the lifestyle director to management, salespeople, and back of house operations including kitchen and housekeeping. I'm known as the go-to person that everybody in the community turns to, and I'm the Bible to all the questions at my work. I'm a great communicator, and when anybody is having a hard time communicating with someone, I'm the person they call on to get what needs to be done. I love the fast-paced nature of my work, staying busy, and being around people. Currently, I'm also pursuing my Business Administration and Management Technology degree at Lake Sumter Community College, with just a few classes and a practicum remaining before completion.
