Sarah Regina Guidry

She is a dedicated legal and social policy leader with over 16 years of experience as Executive Director of the Earl Carl Institute for Legal and Social Policy Inc., where she leads the organization's mission to advance justice, equity, and social change through research, advocacy, and community engagement. In this role, she provides strategic direction, program oversight, and policy leadership, working to address systemic inequities and improve access to justice for underserved communities. She holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law. She is recognized as a visionary, compassionate, and mission-driven leader who is deeply committed to using the law as a tool for social transformation and community empowerment.
