Sarah Harbacz

Sarah Harbacz is Head of Product and Design at Kete, an early-stage startup focused on a software platform for wealth management firms and financial advisors, which she joined about two months ago in a remote role. Her career began with an educational background in design, where she worked as a designer on teams that treated design primarily as an execution role. Over time, her curiosity about solving the right problems led her to dabble in product development and other roles across the product lifecycle, resulting in a transition to leading product teams for approximately 8 to 10 years. She brings a curiosity mindset and outcome orientation to her teams, creating clear roadmaps that deliver scalable products solving real problems and changing how people operate in their industries. Based in Albany, New York, she is also beginning to explore writing on topics such as product operations and the impact of AI on the industry.
