Sarah Hardin

Sarah Hardin is a senior recruiter at Dandy, a dental technology company providing an all-in-one operating system for dental offices. With 11 years of experience in the field, she serves as the sole recruiter for APAC, handling all hiring in Australia, while also managing go-to-market roles such as business development representatives, account executives, and marketing managers across the United States and Europe. Prior to joining Dandy, Hardin spent six to seven years at the tech startup Factual in Los Angeles, where she began as an office coordinator after college and was promoted through recruiting coordinator and recruiter roles to senior recruiter. During her time there, she built the university recruiting program from the ground up and ran the internship program, helping many entry-level candidates secure their first opportunities. Hardin earned her bachelor's degree in public relations with a minor in Italian Studies from Gonzaga University after attending Arizona State University for two years as a journalism major at the Walter Cronkite School. She also holds a Wine and Spirit Education Trust certificate from the Napa Valley Wine Academy and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
