What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the unwavering support of my family, a strong foundation of positivity, and a relentless determination to persevere. I have learned to view obstacles not as failures, but as opportunities to grow, adapt, and pivot, allowing me to continuously evolve both personally and professionally.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to never be afraid to dream big and pursue my goals with confidence and determination.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to take initiative and immerse yourself fully to understand its realities. Build a broad and versatile skill set that allows you to adapt and pivot as opportunities arise. Equally important, focus on networking. Success often depends not just on what you know, but on who you know.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is the abundance of information available, which can make it difficult for clients to discern what is accurate and relevant to their needs. At the same time, this presents an opportunity to guide clients effectively, helping them navigate the information landscape and make informed decisions.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are courage and the willingness to take risks, authenticity in all interactions, and holding myself accountable for my actions and decisions.
